Like the National Library of France, the Clark Art Institute houses exceptional collections of both art and books.  One of the most distinguished art research libraries in the country, the Clark library's stacks span four floors of the Manton Research Center, with more than 295,000 volumes in over seventy-two languages.  

After enjoying the works from the National Library of France in Promenades on Paper exhibition, be sure to visit the Clark's library for even more art, books, and inspiration. 

The Clark library is open to all visitors from Monday-Friday, 9 am to 5 pm; no appointment needed.
