Jennifer Bajorek teaches in the School of Humanities, Arts, and Cultural Studies at Hampshire College and is a research associate of the VIAD Research Centre at the University of Johannesburg. She writes and does research on literature, philosophical aesthetics, and photography. Her most recent book, Unfixed: Photography and Decolonial Imagination in West Africa, is forthcoming from Duke University Press. At the Clark, she will be working on a new project exploring artistic, visual, and political strategies in the representation of migration in contemporary France.
