SOLD OUT.

Clark members are invited to the Ruins at Sassafras Museum for a special conversation and reception with deputy director and Robert and Martha Berman Lipp Chief Curator Esther Bell highlighting the Clark’s upcoming summer exhibitions and program lineup, including A Room of Her Own: Women Artist-Activists in Britain, 1875–1945, and Ground/work 2025. Both exhibitions touch on the relevance and importance of fine art, design, and craft—much like the work of the Shakers who settled on the Sassafras Museum's land in 1790. We look forward to seeing everyone at our most popular member event of the year! A reception follows.

Owners Carol Reichert and Jerome Shereda purchased the Shaker Second Family settlement in 2020 and have lovingly restored the historic property. For those who are interested, Reichert will lead members on a tour of the property following the reception.

The Ruins at Sassafras Museum is located at 194 Darrow Road, New Lebanon, New York.

Advance registration required. Capacity is limited. To register, email [email protected] or call 413 458 0425.
