The Manton Study Center for Works on Paper welcomes artists of all experience and skill levels to find inspiration in thematic selections from the Clark’s collection of works on paper. June’s theme, “Perspective,” features prints, drawings, and photographs showcasing how artists portray distance, including the use of strong vanishing points and distinct fore-, middle-, and backgrounds. Enjoy an open session to participate in the tradition of copying earlier artworks or choose to practice fundamentals and explore ideas.
Basic materials are provided. Artists bringing their own supplies should note that only graphite pencils are allowed in the Study Center.
Free. Advance registration required. Capacity is limited.
