The Clark looks forward to working with your group! Please contact the Education Department with questions or to make a reservation; email or call us at 413 458 0563.

At this time during COVID-19 restrictions, the Clark is offering the following options for groups:

Self-guided visits allow your group to explore the Clark’s collection, exhibitions, and grounds on their own. A special weekday rate of $16 per person is available to groups of 20 or more who book at least one week in advance.

Customizable docent-led digital gallery talks focusing on three highlights from the Clark’s permanent collection, or from one of our special exhibitions (currently, Lin-May Saeed’s Arrival of the Animals). This digital format allows for a “deep dive” experience, including close-up looks at details, preparatory drawings and other related works as well as an opportunity for participants to contribute to the conversation.

Digital talks, available year-round, are $50 per guide (limit 15 people per guide). Four weeks’ notice is required.

In-person socially-distanced talks are also available to groups for the Clark’s first outdoor contemporary art exhibition, Ground/work, during the month of October.

Private dining facilities are available for groups booking lunches through the Clark’s catering group, Constellation Catering. Groups bringing their own lunches are welcome to use picnic tables found seasonally in multiple locations on the Clark’s campus, but there are no reserved seating arrangements.

Check our exhibitions page for special exhibitions your group may enjoy and be sure to leave additional time to visit the Museum Store. You may also want to allow time to hike on our well-maintained nature trails.
