Clark members always receive free admission. 

*The Clark offers complimentary admission to students registered at Williams College, the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts, and Bennington College, simply present a valid student ID, valid email address, and your graduation year at the admissions desk when visiting the Clark to receive free admission.

Free admission opportunities

Families: The Clark hosts a number of free family events during the year.

Library Pass: Free admission is available to members of nearly 150 libraries in the region. Call your local library for more information.

First Sundays Free: Enjoy free admission on the first Sunday of the month from October through May. Please note that in April, our Free Sundays program will apply to the second Sunday of the month, April 12, which coincides with Artists’ Books Day. Regular admission will apply on the first Sunday of April, April 5, which coincides with Easter.

Massachusetts Card to Culture: The Clark participates in the Card to Culture program, a collaboration between Mass Cultural Council and the Department of Transitional Assistance, Massachusetts Health Connector, and Women, Infants & Children (WIC) Nutrition Program to broaden accessibility to cultural programming. Massachusetts Electronic Benefits Transfer cardholders and ConnectorCare health plan insurance cardholders and their families (up to four adults) receive free admission.

Museums for All: Individuals and families with an Electronic Benefits Transfer card from any state and a valid ID receive free admission for up to four people per EBT card.

Active Duty Military: The Clark offers free admission to active-duty military members and their families (up to four adults).

Military Veterans: Free admission from Memorial Day to Labor Day through the Blue Star Families program (for up to two adults). 

Massachusetts Teachers: All Massachusetts teachers receive free admission when presenting a valid faculty ID or an Massachusetts Teacher Association card. 

North American Reciprocal Museum Association (NARM) and the Reciprocal Organization of Associated Museums (ROAM) members receive reciprocal free admission at the Clark and at more than 1,000 museums in the United States and Canada. Click here for information on joining

Group Rates

A special weekday rate of $18 per person is available to groups of ten or more for tours Tuesday–Thursday. Monday group tours are available in July and August and on Monday holidays when the Clark is open. Plan your visit here.

DAILY TOURS

Tours of the permanent collection are offered weekly on Saturdays at 11:15 am, September-June, and twice daily in July and August. Tours are free with gallery admission, but capacity is limited. Tour tickets are available at the Clark Center admissions desk on a first-come, first-served basis on the day of your tour.
