KIDS’ COOKING CLASS OFFERED AT CLARK ART INSTITUTE

Williamstown, Massachusetts—The popular Kids Can Cook! class returns to the Clark Art Institute on Friday, December 27, from 11 am to 12:30 pm. Constellation Culinary Executive Chef Chris Gouty instructs children ages 5 to 10 in the art of decorating cakes.
 
Children will learn how to roll out and shape fondant. Then they can express their creativity by decorating Rice Krispies treats, a sheet cake, and a cupcake with fondant and frosting. All participants receive a take-home goodie bag with a cupcake and an icing tip to use at home.

ABOUT THE CLARK

The Clark Art Institute, located in the Berkshires of western Massachusetts, is one of a small number of institutions globally that is both an art museum and a center for research, critical discussion, and higher education in the visual arts. Galleries are open Tuesday through Sunday, 10 am to 5 pm; open daily in July and August. Admission is $20; free year-round for Clark members, children 18 and younger, and students with valid ID.
