Williamstown, Massachusetts—The Clark Art Institute’s popular gentle yoga classes are back! Certified yoga instructor Mary Edgerton of Night Sky Yoga leads a unique four-part class on Wednesdays, October 18, October 25, November 1, and November 8 at 10:30 am. Classes are held in the Michael Conforti Pavilion.
Tuition is $40 for all four classes ($30 for Clark members), or drop in for $12 per class ($8 members). To register, visit or call 413 458 0524.
Each class focuses on a work in the Clark’s collection to explore visualization techniques and meditation, reducing stress and encouraging a greater sense of peaceful well-being. Participants learn how to stretch and tone muscles, safely explore greater mobility, improve balance, and more. Experienced yogis and beginners alike are welcome. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one.
