Seniors of all different levels in mobility and flexibility are welcome. The one-hour classes will be held in Hunter Studio at the Lunder Center at Stone Hill; please bring a yoga mat if you have one.

Mary Edgerton teaches yoga at Williams College, the Harper Center at the Williamstown Council on Aging, and Williamstown Youth Center.
