Café 7

Featuring seasonal items and an authentic farm-to-table experience, Café 7 offers homemade soups, delicious sandwiches, and fresh salads made with locally sourced ingredients from nearby farms. Join us for lunch or relax by the reflecting pools with a sweet treat and a La Colombe coffee or espresso.  

Located on the lower level of the Clark Center, the café is open during gallery hours and both indoor and terrace seating is available.

Stone Hill Café

Stone Hill Café will open July 4, 2016. 

Take in sweeping scenery and majestic mountains at the Stone Hill Café, open seasonally for lunch. This outdoor café offers sandwiches, salads, and sides as well as a stunning view of the famous Berkshires landscape. Stone Hill Café is located at the Lunder Center at Stone Hill; outdoor seating is available weather permitting, with additional seating in Hunter Studio. 
 

Picnics

Visitors are always welcome to bring or purchase a picnic to enjoy at one of the picnic tables dotting the grounds and beneath the terrace at the Lunder Center at Stone Hill. However, seats inside Café Seven at the Clark Center and seats on the terraces at the Clark Center and at the Lunder Center at Stone Hill are reserved for café patrons.

Francine’s

Francine's, a pop-up eatery located in the West Pavilion adjacent to the upper level of the Clark Center, offers casual to-go fare including sandwiches, snacks, and sweets.

Farro Salad
Serves 6-8

4 cups water
1 ½ cups farro
2 tsp salt
8 oz feta, crumbled
¼ cup red onion, small diced
¼ cup dill, chopped
¼ cup pickled vegetables 
½ cup, toasted nuts 
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
¼ cup chopped parsley
1 large tomato, seeded and chopped
Zest of 1 lemon
Squeeze of fresh lemon
Salt 
Pepper 

Directions
Combine the water and farro in a saucepan. Add salt and bring to boil over high heat. Reduce the heat to medium low, cover and simmer until the farro is tender, about 30-40 minutes. Drain well and spread onto sheet pan to cool. While farro is cooking, mix all other ingredients together; combine with farro when cooled.
