Visitor Services Volunteer Fair
Wednesday, March 5, 2014
Become a part of the biggest year in the Clark’s history! Drop by Stone Hill Center on our Williamstown campus from 10 am to noon to learn more about the visitor services program from current volunteers and staff.
Visitor services volunteers will be directly involved in the exciting grand opening of our new campus. You’ll be a front-line ambassador welcoming visitors to explore the Clark’s world-renowned collection, exceptional special exhibitions, and public programs for visitors of all ages. If you have a passion for art, enjoy sharing Berkshires hospitality, and have a desire to support the Clark, this is the perfect opportunity!
Volunteers are a fundamental part of our visitor experience with responsibilities ranging from hospitality, wayfinding, and assisting with general information. Flexibility, a positive attitude, and fantastic people skills are essential qualifications. Volunteers must be willing to commit to required minimum hours and should be, or become, a member of the Clark. Candidates who can commit to a year-round schedule will be given preference.
Pick up an application to bring home or apply on site. Note: visitor services/information desk volunteers are not part of the Clark’s docent program. For more information, contact Mary Leitch, director of visitor services, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
