A Special Farm-to-Table Culinary Event:

The Clark, in partnership with and Berkshire Farm & Table (BF&T), hosts an intimate farm-to-table dinner event on Friday, August 30. Part of BF&T’s ChefX series, this event features a rare culinary experience set on the terrace of the Clark’s exceptional Stone Hill Center.

The al fresco dinner will take place on Stone Hill Center's Moltz Terrace, taking advantage of the landscape Yankee magazine lauded as one of the best “dining with a view” options in New England. The meal will be prepared by Chef Dan Smith of John Andrews Farmhouse Restaurant.

The Stone Hill Table dinner has been curated to provide an elegant dining experience in a small group setting limited to only 40 guests. Smith’s four-course menu features an all-locally sourced dinner served family style. The dinner event begins at 6 pm, with an optional behind-the-scenes program offered at the Clark at 5 pm: Guests are invited for wine and a view on the Clark’s penthouse terrace for an insider’s look at the architectural additions that are transforming the Clark’s campus.
