The Clark library is a member of OCLC, and of the SHARES library consortium. We will consider lending to non-SHARES libraries under the following conditions:
- Items borrowed are strictly IN-LIBRARY USE ONLY. We charge $25/loan and $10/article, billable through IFM only.
- Return items must be shipped by traceable carrier, packed in boxes.
- The borrowing library takes full responsibility for the care and shipping of any item loaned, and for replacement or repair if the item is lost or damaged.
If you are a non-SHARES library and you are able to meet these conditions, you may place requests to CLART through ILLiad or through WorldCat Resource Sharing. We also accept requests via email, mail, and telephone.
Library books may be checked out to offices and carrels through Millennium, the electronic circulation system. Graduate students, Williams faculty, and Clark staff with circulation barcodes may access their Millennium accounts to renew books, check holds/recalls, and keep track of what they have checked out.
