To plan a group visit, please contact the Education Department at 413-458-0563, or e-mail The Education Department. Group visits must be arranged at least three weeks in advance. One-hour gallery talks highlighting the permanent collection are available for groups. Guides for adult groups are $50 per guide (limit 25 people per guide). There is no charge for guides for school groups.
The Clark has no indoor facilities for group meals, but box lunches are available by advance order. Buses should enter the Clark grounds through the service entrance. Passengers will disembark at the West Entrance, and bus parking is available |
