September 27 Program Change

Due to a scheduling conflict, architect Tadao Ando will be unable to appear at the Clark Art Institute on September 27, 2002, as previously announced. The lecture by Kenneth Frampton (originally scheduled for 7:30 p.m.) will be moved up to 5:30 p.m. on September 27. Frampton is Ware Professor of Architecture at the Graduate School of Architecture, Planning, and Preservation at Columbia University. His topic will be "The Topographic Architecture of Tadao Ando." The lecture is free and open to the public, and will be followed by a preview and reception for the exhibition Tadao Ando, Architect.
