The Steve Murray Seven to Perform July 23

The Steve Murray Seven will play Chicago style swing, Dixieland, and jazz standards of the 1930s and '40s in a free outdoor concert at the Clark Art Institute on Tuesday, July 23, at 6:00 p.m. The concert will take place on the Clark's South Lawn. Picnics, lawn chairs, and blankets are encouraged.
The July 23 concert is the third of four offered at the Clark on Tuesdays in July. The final concert will be the Quintessential Brass Quintet on July 30. In the event of rain, the performance will take place in the auditorium. On the evenings of the band concerts, the Clark galleries will remain open until 6:00 p.m. Currently on view are four special exhibitions celebrating the art and architecture of Vienna: Gustav Klimt Landscapes, Josef Hoffmann: Homes of the Wittgensteins, Otto Wagner: The Academy of Fine Arts, and Bernardo Bellotto: Views of Imperial Vienna.
The Sterling and Francine Clark Art Institute is located at 225 South Street in Williamstown, Massachusetts. The galleries are daily 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. through September 2.
