Now in its eleventh season, The Met: Live in HD is the Metropolitan Opera’s Peabody and Emmy Award-winning series of live performances transmitted to more than 2,000 movie theaters in seventy countries around the world. Live telecasts feature the full performance along with backstage interviews and commentary.

The Clark presents eight live transmissions and four encores in our newly renovated, state-of-the-art auditorium, beginning November 19, 2016 and continuing through May 13, 2017.

Kristine Opolais stars in the role that helped launch her international career, the mythical Rusalka, who sings the haunting “Song to the Moon.” Mary Zimmerman brings her wondrous theatrical imagination to Dvořák’s fairytale of love and longing, rejection and redemption. Brandon Jovanovich, Jamie Barton, Katarina Dalayman, and Eric Owens complete the all-star cast, and Mark Elder conducts.
